  2. All the tools used in the survey are validated by your staff before use (databases, questionnaires and appraisal grids, calendars, information presentation tools, etc.).
  3. Our enquirers are selected, trained, and supervised by professional supervisors.
  4. We allow our enquiry staff to be vetted by representatives of your steering committee.
  5. Telephone interview questionnaires are continually monitored live and under supervision.
  6. Where appropriate, your staff can also access the phone centre to listen to telephone interviews in real time
  7. Each questionnaire undergoes a quality control review by the 100% Satisfaction staff
  8. Databases are checked at the end of the processing chain for consistency testing
